The Yugambeh Assembly
The Assembly is composed of two Representative Members elected by each of the Nation’s Ancestral Lineages to regulate and guide the Nation’s governance. A Representative Member of the Assembly (RMA) has no explicit term limit and may only be removed from office in the following circumstances:
The Directorate receives a petition from the majority of the citizens of the lineage for whom a particular RMA has been nominated, advising that the lineage desires to be represented by another person; or
The RMA informs the Directorate in writing of their resignation from their representative position; or
The RMA loses the confidence of the Directorate; or
The RMA passes away and/or ceases to be a citizen of the Nation
